Russians are first-time entrants in San Diego RoboSub competition

For the first time, a team from the Russian Federation has entered the annual RoboSub competition, co-sponsored by the Pentagon's Office of Naval Research. For the engineering-minded, it's the Super Bowl of underwater contests.
